Computers are basic requirements for a bank and a harbour. You can also use a computer for sending messages (QuickSMS) and searching for information (MOS).

Quick SMS
This function makes it easy to send multiple people the same message. It has two more advantages: you have 20 characters more than usual, and you don't need a phone to send the messages.
Quick SMS doesn't always work.
MOS
A computer is, even in Miniconomy, a valuable source of information. In the MOS (Miniconomy Operating System) you can search for the last purchase in your shop, for the robber of someone's store, and to find someone's shooter, but it can also be used to install a bomb.
A program, for instance Balance, can be installed by typing in MOS (behind the ->):

The costs for this software are automatically deducted from your cash. By entering the name of this program, you can see exactly which data the program needs. In this case, the program Balance, MOS says:
